The answer for 48V house banks
As lithium systems move to 48V, the Kisae BDC4825 is the charger that connects a standard 12V or 24V engine system to a 48V bank — and adds a true MPPT solar controller in the same box. Charge under way from the alternator, at rest from panels, or both at once.
FREE BTS-10K battery temperature sensor with every unit. We give it to you free because we know it’s the best thing for your system — and a much-needed part for operation in the tropics. On lithium it stops charging if the battery reaches 60°C and resumes once it cools, protecting the bank through the hottest afternoons. On AGM, GEL and flooded banks it temperature-compensates the charge voltage for longer battery life.

Installation guidance
From the owner’s guide: fuse the 48V house side at 50A with 25mm² cable, the alternator side at 100A with 35mm² cable, and the solar input at panel Isc plus 10–15%. Our workshop can supply and fit the full kit — ask when ordering.

Choose the output by the house battery bank and the alternator: a bigger bank recharges faster with more amps, and the charger should draw comfortably less than the alternator can give. Tell us the vehicle or boat, the alternator and the bank on LINE and we will confirm the model.
Questions
Will it charge lithium (LiFePO4) batteries?
Yes. Lithium is one of the selectable battery types, alongside Gel, AGM and Flooded, and Program mode lets you set the charge voltage your battery maker specifies.
Does it work with a smart (variable-voltage) alternator?
Yes. Wire the Control terminal to an ignition or engine-running signal and the charger keeps charging when the alternator voltage drops.
Is it in stock?
This model is a special order: we bring it in for you and confirm the lead time before you pay.
What about warranty and returns?
It carries KISAE's manufacturer's warranty, and we handle any claim for you here in Thailand. Special-order items are brought in for you, so they are covered by the warranty rather than change-of-mind returns. Full details are on the returns page.
