Solid-state, no moving parts: the Battery Guard monitors the source voltage and disconnects the equipment when it falls below the preset level, keeping enough in reserve to start the engine or run critical systems. 12 V / 24 V, 60 A, 100 A or 200 A.
Our price is the manufacturer's home-market RRP — what this gear sells for where it's made. Branded marine equipment in Thailand typically retails 15–90% above that, when prices are published at all. Ours doesn't.
Battery Guard is the solid-state member of Merlin's flat battery protection family. With no contactor to click or coil to power, it silently isolates the connected equipment when the battery voltage drops below a pre-determined level and reconnects when charging resumes — guaranteeing there is always enough voltage left to start the vehicle or keep critical loads alive. Three current ratings suit anything from a single radio feed to a full auxiliary distribution.
Auxiliary circuits on patrol boats, security and utility vehicles, telecom and instrumentation feeds, and anywhere a mechanical contactor is undesirable.
