About this product
PowerBank Lite is the entry point to Merlin's battery management controllers. Instead of fitting a split-charge relay, a battery isolator switch and a low-voltage disconnect as three separate devices, PowerBank Lite does all three from one CPU driving two 200 A latching contactors. Banks are charged in the correct order, can be switched on and off from a dash switch with no heavy cable runs, and are isolated automatically before they are discharged too deeply.
DSP sampling means transient loads do not cause nuisance trips; six programmable inputs and outputs handle ignition sensing, alarms and interlocks; and the optional PC kit adds real-time monitoring, data logging and batch programming for fleet builders. Works with lead-acid, AGM, gel and lithium-ion banks and with hybrid and electric vehicle architectures.
