About this product
PowerGuard PRO combines advanced flat battery protection with remote battery switching, so one device replaces both the low-voltage disconnect and the heavy battery isolator switch. Each bank is controlled by a 200 A IP66 latching contactor that draws power only while switching. A dash switch turns the bank on and off remotely — no heavy cables run to the helm or dashboard — and the CPU automatically isolates the bank before it is discharged too far to restart the engine.
Onboard digital signal processing samples the battery correctly even with windlasses, bow thrusters or pumps pulling the voltage down, so there are no nuisance disconnects. Eight independently programmable inputs and outputs handle ignition sensing, alarms, generator start or interlocks, and the free PC software lets an installer configure a whole fleet from one saved profile.
